Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering an account or placing any wager on soda68. By accessing the platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.

You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and wager on soda68. Underage registration is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and supported e-wallets. Minimum deposit is Rp 50,000. Verified accounts receive withdrawals within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The specific multiplier, eligible games, and time limits for each promotion are set out in the individual offer terms. General minimum is 5x turnover.
Each member is permitted to hold exactly one registered account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed without notice. Bonus abuse via multiple accounts results in permanent suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
soda68's total liability to any member for any claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for losses caused by internet outages, bank system failures, or force majeure events.
These Terms are governed by the laws of soda68's licensing jurisdiction. Disputes are subject to binding arbitration in that jurisdiction. Indonesian law may apply concurrently where mandated by applicable local statute.
Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and soda68. By creating an account or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use the soda68 platform.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
By accessing, browsing, or using the soda68 Platform — including creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time.
These Terms form the entire agreement between you and soda68 in relation to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
If you are accessing soda68 on behalf of a legal entity, you warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and references to "you" apply to that entity accordingly.
To register and maintain an account on soda68, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
soda68 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility cannot be satisfactorily confirmed.
Each eligible individual may register one (1) Account only on soda68. The existence of duplicate accounts — whether created by the same individual or through coordinated actions — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and mobile phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify soda68 of any changes promptly.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). All activities conducted through your Account — whether authorized by you or not — are your responsibility. soda68 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to keep login credentials secure.
Account Security: You must not share your account credentials with any third party, permit any other person to use your Account, or access or attempt to access another Member's account. Any breach of this rule may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
soda68 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, and to close any Account that was opened in breach of these Terms.
soda68 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with its international licensing obligations and anti-money-laundering responsibilities. KYC verification is a prerequisite for processing any withdrawal request.
As part of the KYC process, you may be required to submit the following documents:
KYC documents are reviewed within 24 hours under normal conditions. soda68 may place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests pending verification. Accounts that fail KYC verification within a reasonable period may be suspended and their balances frozen pending investigation.

soda68 reserves the right to decline, reverse, or place a hold on any deposit that it reasonably suspects is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Member's own full legal name — matching the name on the KYC-verified identity document held by soda68. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

soda68 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or decline a withdrawal request where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, where a bonus investigation is pending, or where the request cannot be processed due to technical or banking system constraints beyond soda68's control.
soda68 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and VIP tier rewards. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless the specific offer terms state otherwise:
Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit bonuses through arbitrage, matched betting using soda68 funds, coordinated wagering across multiple accounts, or any other strategy that soda68 determines to constitute bonus abuse will result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, soda68 may withhold any balance pending investigation. Real-money balances in accounts closed for non-breach reasons (e.g., voluntary closure or regulatory instruction) will be returned to the Member via the original payment method following satisfactory identity verification, minus any applicable deductions.

All content on the soda68 Platform — including but not limited to software, code, graphics, logos, trademarks, odds data, game content, text, and the overall design and layout — is the intellectual property of soda68 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, soda68's total aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to their Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by soda68's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent that such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
soda68 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.
soda68 does not sell personal data to third-party marketers. Data is shared only with service providers necessary for platform operation (payment processors, KYC verification services, fraud prevention systems) and regulatory authorities where required by law.
Members may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting soda68 at the address in Clause 18, subject to any legal obligations that require soda68 to retain records for a specified period.
soda68 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, soda68 will provide reasonable notice to Members via the email address registered to their Account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the change.
The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of soda68's licensing jurisdiction.
In the event of a dispute between a Member and soda68, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting soda68 customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration administered under the rules of soda68's licensing jurisdiction.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of any class, collective, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action against soda68.
Indonesian consumer protection law may apply concurrently where mandated by applicable local statute, and nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive Indonesian residents of protections to which they are entitled under Indonesian law that cannot be contractually waived.
